I had a bad experience with shipping and I was not sure if I was going to get my item. It was suppose to arrive before Mother’s Day and did not. I had to find the company on Instagram and ask for help. They told me it did not make it out of production but then got it figured out for me. Which I appreciated. Other than that, the item itself was sooo cute. I would say that it could be sold with the frame to make it worth the cost or maybe or options for customization.

Had to buy this item twice because I never received the first one. I sent about a dozen emails and talked to live customer support and was told they would send me a new one and that never happened. Never even got my money back for the first one. While my second order went through I will never buy anything from here again because I don't want to risk having to buy it twice in order to actually receive it. Terrible customer service. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, material-wise. I was kind of expecting a stretched canvas as opposed to a sheet of card stock. I'm not in any way downplaying the product, I just didn't know what to expect. Regardless, it is great quality, absolutely adorable and I know my mom will LOVE it. I would definitely recommend this product if you're thinking about buying one! It came in the mail in a thick cardboard-like envelope that was stamped "Please DO NOT BEND" and it came in perfect condition. I was a bit worried about them coming in safe because usually when I receive things USPS they are damaged, but these were still pristine. This goes to show the creator worked to make sure products arrive safely! Thank you so much for this one-of-a-kind gift!

The designs were cute and had several to choose from. I received it on time, had no issues on packaging as it came in a dark brown envelope with a "Please do not bend" stamp on it with a camera icon to indicate it was a picture of some sort and it was done beautifully. The only thing I would say is that some of the options should be a bit more interchangeable, but other than that, I LOVE IT! I will be purchasing more shortly for the upcoming holidays/birthdays.
