I recently purchased 3 of the Soul Sisters mugs for my girlfriends of over 30 years. They absolutely loved them and so did I.
When I returned from my reunion 1 week later, I went back online to place additional orders of mugs for holiday gifts. I was disappointed when I saw that the pricing had increased by an additional $10/mug in just 1 week!!!

I can’t say mote amazing things about this mug OR company as a whole. Not only are the mugs beautiful and completely customized to me and my BFF’s look.... but when there was a misunderstanding where I thought something was printed and it wasn’t, it was fixed IMMEDIATELY to how I wanted it after I sent the email. That’s amazing customer service!!!

My overall experience was good but I feel like the ordering process was complicated. I think the form is not very user friendly. I order online all the time and I never had to contact the store before. I had to email you guys twice because I missed the shipment and the personalization since it wasn't very clear. Also I was forced to order this specific design because the other designs didn't have the hair that I was looking for. I wish the hair from other designs was available in other designs. Your prompt reply to my emails and courtesy saved the day. I will be ordering again.
