So I have ordered from Glacelis and just love product! So worth the money. I also want to share a mistake was made on one of my orders but they were so quick to respond and get the correct product out to me!!! They get 5 stars hands down and I Love this mug for my sister! She got me one last year and I use it almost every day. The mug still looks almost new. Which tells me and you they are so worth the money and a personalized gift better than most for a great price!

Shipping took forever. I mean forever. The tracking did not update properly. Was in and out of the same 2 sorting facilities more than a couple of times. Super frustrating but not really the companies fault on that end. The mug is gorgeous and amazing quality. I half expected something of lower quality but am beyond impressed with how great the product is. Justifies the price a bit more. Shipping cost makes it hard to want to order again but again, amazing product and quality. Would recommend if you aren't so far and shipping isn't as expensive.

While I genuinely do love the products I purchased my only complaint is the inability to communicate more effectively. I have read many reviews and this seems to be a similar issue for others so I would strongly suggest being more available to your customers.

I gave this cup to my friend for her birthday. She almost cried! I am very happy and will definitely buy from here again in the future. Shipping was fast. I only wish the larger cups were a bit less expensive. A 15oz was almost double the 11oz cup. Still doesn’t change my opinion of this product. I love it!!!

Loved the cup and the customer service! Noticed there was a mistake on the cup I got and sent an email about it. Chris sent me an email back the same day, saying they would send me another cup the next day. Received the corrected cup within a couple days. Will be buying more stuff. Thank you guys!

I bought my sister one of the mugs for her birthday and it was so cute! She really loved it which made it even better. Also the customer service was amazing! I love the cup but the service was not good. I was supposed to receive my mug on Thursday or Friday but I did not receive it until Monday. When i opened it, it was not what I asked for. It had the wrong message on it so I emailed them and did not receive an email til 3 days later. I expected a one day delay because it was the day before the 4th. First, they told me it was not their mistake so they would not send me a new mug, when it clearly was not what I asked for. I still did not receive a new mug until 2 weeks later. So I gave my best friend her birthday gift 3 weeks late. Other than the long delay in receiving the product, it is a nice cup.
